Planex was awarded for quality building of Aquarelle 2

For a thirteenth year on end the Bulgarian Construction Chamber – Varna gave their traditional prizes on the occasion of St. Dimiter’s Day – the Professional Builders holiday. The official ceremony was held on 24^th October during the opening of the Construction Exhibition – Varna 2014.

Planex Company was given the grand prix – the Golden Plummet statuette - for the construction of residential complex Aquarelle2. The complex is situated in the St. Nikola area (Briz suburb) in Varna, on a terrain of over 3000 sq. meters, only 1/3 of which is built. This is a four-storey building with total built-up useful floor area of 5200 sq. meters, consisting of two L-shaped wings. There are 56 apartments in the building, with one, two and three bedrooms, measuring from 47 to 140 sq. meters.

Planex also ranked first in the category Hotels and Holiday Complexes for the realization of the condominium hotel Sana Park Resort in St. St. Constantine and Helena seaside resort. In the category Administrative, office, industrial and commercial buildings, Planex ranked second for the implementation of a medicinal products storehouse project in Ignatievo.
