Boutique Residence was awarded the Special prize at the Building of the year competition

Boutique Residence complex was awarded with the Special prize for most harmonious residential building at the 7^th national competition Building of the year in December 2008.

The jury gave high evaluation of our concept of the site, which combines the comfort of the living in an apartment with the luxury of having own house by the seas side, own garden yard, park, lake. In the jury’s opinion, Boutique Residence complex presents some of the best practices in architecture and building, with a focus on the contemporary image, the harmonious incorporation in the environment and the creation of modern living comfort.

Boutique Residence is situated on a terrain of 0.92 ha, only 0.16 ha of which are built. The rest of the area is green vegetation in the form of an inside park with a cascade of artificial lakes and a small river. There are three buildings with a total built-up area measuring from 70 to 230 sq. meters. All apartments have wonderful view to the sea due to the natural slope of the terrain.

In Boutique Residence we paid special attention to the green spaces and the possibilities for sports activities and recreation of the inhabitants. We constructed playgrounds for adults for mini football, tennis, volleyball, and playgrounds for children – for badminton, children’s games facilities, as well as a modern environmentally friendly children’s play area and amphitheatre for socialization of the kids. We utilized subsoil waters and by “catching” them in a drainage network and wells, we developed a system of lakes and an artificial river, which divides the yard into two parts: for residence and for sports and recreation activities. A small SPA center, gym, café, 24 hrs security service and maintenance are the other facilities envisaged for the inhabitants of the complex.

The special prize in the Building of the year competition was the second award, which Boutique Residence won. The building was also given Certificate for best realization of a residential building of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber – branch Varna for 2008.
