Sundance Residence, the new residential complex of Planex in Manastirski Livadi suburb in Sofia city, has been issued a Building permit on 02.10.2017, which is now in force. The construction works will start at the end of October.
Sundance Residence is a six-floor residential complex with 83 apartments with one, two and three bedrooms and area from 60 to 198 sq. m. Depending on the floor and the orientation of the apartment, the prices will be within 770 – 1 100 EUR/sq. m. The apartments with eastern facing will have view to the city, and those with western facing will have a beautiful panoramic view to the foothills of Vitosha mountain.
The apartments will be offered for sale according to BSS, with stucco plaster on the walls, with soundproof and thermal insulation coating of 2 cm XSP and 5 cm reinforced cement plaster, Smart video intercom system, optic cable connections – Internet and TV, safety entrance doors, 5 chamber PVC window casing in accordance with the orientation of the apartment. There will be a cellar to each apartment.
Indoor parking spaces are planned within the residential complex linked to the building through a staircase and two elevators, 47 outdoor parking spaces, 4 stores, green area for relaxation and a children’s playground.
Sundance Residence will be a closed-type complex. Professional building management is envisaged for the ease and comfort of the residents.
