| “VIVA 3” Residential Complex is a part of “VIVA” concept by Planex Holding about integral construction of urban region with detached areas for shopping and work, rest and entertainment. “VIVA” is a complex of open type with contemporary and aesthetic architecture, new technologies and materials, reasonable function of each area, additionally constructed infrastructure, specially designed park area.
“VIVA 3” complex is divided into four bodies, architecturally and constructively. Functional bodies “A” and B” are organized as residential areas, “C” is office area and “D” is one-storeyed part with commercial purpose. There are shops situated at the first floors of the “A”, “B” and “C” bodies. The whole complex has 121 flats with floorage from 50 to 240 sq. m. Depending on the floorage they comprise entrance halls, day time living areas with kitchens and dining parts, one, two or three bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, laundries and terraces. The degree of completion is the following: sub-cement putty in the flats and granite on the terraces and balconies; walls and ceilings – plaster ground coat / in bathrooms – lime-cement coat/; complete electrical and water installations. The developer has planned to install Multi Split air –conditioning system for its clients’ comfort.
The building has two-leveled underground car-park with 156 places.
