Omega Trade and Office Centre is located in the new business area in the southern part of the city of Burgas. It stands on the main street Transportna. The design represents a modern concept for the organizing of trade and office spaces with attention to every detail, function, convenience, attitude to environment and all business requirements of the day. Omega Centre building is north-south oriented. To the north of the building the investor foresees the construction of an additional service lane aimed to facilitate car access. The building is of combined function. The careful distribution of zones provides for reliable face control to the office part and at the same time allows for easy and convenient motion of customers in the trade area. The shops have direct entrances from the main street. The shops are arranged on the basement- and ground level and are oriented towards a central atrium area hosting a coffee shop. The foyer to the office part opens to Transportna St. as well. The fully glazed foyer allows for a visual link to the trade part. Controlled access is administered from a reception desk. The offices of areas from 75 to 405 sq.m. are arranged on four floors. Advantage of the building is its beamless structure and double floors, providing for an easy reorganizing of work stations in the rooms. Vertical communication within Omega Centre is provided by lifts and stairwells, which access to the underground parking area. Suspended glass facades, modern and functional architecture and rich verdure design of the atrium and roofing terraces of area over 500 sq.m. provide comfortable and modern working environment. The investor will provide overall maintenance and servicing for the owners as well as 24-hour security and face control.
