| “Viva” Complex /situated in “Levski” Estate/ is a project for a complex solution of the urban environment. It consists of 4 buildings /Viva 1, Viva 2, Viva 3 and Viva 4/. They are designed on a total area of approximately 70 thousand sq.m., of apartments, commercial areas, offices. The company will also invest in the construction of new streets with all necessary communications, a park with water entertainments, playgrounds, etc. After it is fully completed the complex will present the up-to-date and modern attitude of the investor towards the environment we live in, towards its convenience and aesthetics.
The architecture of “Viva” Complex is modern and it combines efficiency and comfort. The building has 6 floors with three separate entries. There are 121 apartments and studios designed of 47 to 223 sqm. Depending on their area they have an entrance, a living room with a kitchen box and a dining room, 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, toilets and bathrooms, a closet, a laundry room and balconies. The apartments will be delivered in full compliance with Bulgarian state standard. There are terminals for cabel TV and Internet provided, as well as Multi Split air conditioning system. 98 parking places in an underground parking are ensured for the people living in the complex.
The future inhabitants of “Viva” Complex will have at their disposal a supermarket, a hairdresser’s and a beauty parlour, a recreational centre with a sauna, a steam bath and massage. For the sake of young mothers’ convenience there is a special playground provided to the café. As a part of the complex a modern shopping centre will be constructed, which will have shops, fast foods and café – bar.
In Viva” Complex 4” a system for control of the access and video-observation will be constructed, 24-hours security guards, constant building management and maintenance.
